I love seeing alpine flowers, Bob! These are gorgeous! When we visited the high country of Yosemite in summer, I loved seeing the alpine lupines and columbine in the meadows (9900 feet elevation). When we moved to Northeastern Washington, I was delighted to see the lupine pop up everywhere this time of year.

Likewise – such an incredible part of any hike. I’ve got hundreds of images; I’m thematically (and very gradually) working through my photos – wildflowers should be near the top of that list by the end of this summer. ๐Ÿ™‚
